Refrigerated ‘click and collect’ option for Co-op customers in Croydon

We’ve launched a new ‘click and collect’ option for our customers at our 311 Lower Addiscombe Road store in Croydon.

More convenient than ever

Customers in Croydon can now pick their Co-op orders up from a temperature-controlled locker at a time that suits them, meaning they don’t have to come into the store to pick up an online order – reducing the impact on the store and making it more even more convenient for the customer.

After the successful launch in Croydon, we’re planning on installing a second locker at our Marsh store near Huddersfield. We’re planning on using the lockers for our deliveries too, meaning the courier can pick up their order from the locker which will reduce handover time and improve driver efficiency.

Closer to where I am

Our online proposition has gone from strength-to-strength, meaning customers can get groceries delivered or arrange a ‘click and collect’ within two hours at over 800 of our stores. We also continue our highly successful partnership with Deliveroo.

This news comes as our wholesale business Nisa has announced a partnership with Jisp, enabling Nisa partners to offer their shoppers home delivery and click and collect.
