What is Retail Business Transformation (RBT)?
An end-to-end platform
RBT brings together the core IT systems needed, reducing complexity and building capability and making our processes more efficient.

We’re decommissioning over 32 systems and replacing these with 3 major systems - Co-op Connect (our new supplier portal), JDA and SAP.
These systems will provide new functionality, making it easier for our businesses to trade together and providing a platform that is fit for the future.

What RBT means to suppliers
Depending on how your business is set up with us and when you onboard, you'll notice different benefits from our new suite of systems, for instance:

a much faster, more functional and intuitive portal through Co-op Connect;

smarter ranging through JDA; and

more efficient ordering and invoicing process through SAP
