Earlier this year Groceries Code Adjudicator Mark White launched his 2022 survey seeking the views of those who supply Co-op.
It was an opportunity to give honest feedback about your experience of how Co-op and the other designated retailers comply with the Groceries Supply Code of Practice (the Code). The survey was run by the independent polling company YouGov under the strictest confidence.
In 2021 the GCA received a record response, providing him with valuable information across a range of issues. Co-op fully supports the annual GCA survey which has played an important role in improving the relationships between regulated retailers and suppliers. Please respond with the same enthusiasm this year.
Your answers have allowed him to track what progress we have made over the past year in Code compliance and also identify any areas where we need to focus action.
