An update on our Finance Transformation

Our Co-op was recently impacted by a cyber attack. Our initial priority was to contain the threat and continue supporting the communities we serve. For the last few weeks, we’ve worked closely with partners to ensure our stores are stocked and that we’re ready to serve those who rely on us.

 

Thank you to you, our suppliers for your continued support and collaboration, which has made a real difference.

 

As we have moved through the recovery stage of this incident, we have been working through how to safely deliver our finance transformation with minimum disruption to suppliers.


We have been exploring later go-live dates than 7 July 2025, and wanted to let you know that we have agreed a date for moving to our new finance system, SAP 4/HANA, in early October.

 

We’ll continue to work with you all and will share support and updates through the usual channels. In addition, we're planning to hold virtual sessions in which our Finance Transformation team will provide further information about how these changes will affect you. If there's anything you’d like us to cover in the sessions, please tell us using this form. We'll share more information about the sessions as soon as possible, so please look out for future communications.
