SNC Outage - 08/02/25

On Saturday 8 February 2025 we’ll be carrying out routine maintenance on our SNC (Supplier Network Collaboration) system between the hours of 1pm and 7pm


During this time receipt of invoices and ASNs (Advance Shipping Notifications) will not flow through to our systems automatically.

 

If you’re due to deliver into any of our depots within this timeframe, the depots will receipt the order as normal and they’ll create the ASN on your behalf.

 

Important information:

  • ASN compliance reporting will be disregarded for this date so suppliers are not adversely affected by any ASNs that have been manually created by our depot teams

  • if you submit an invoice within this timeframe, it’ll still be captured but won’t be processed into our system until after 7pm

  • if you're an SNC only supplier, please log into SNC before 1pm if you need to receive any POs (Purchase Orders)
