Following a recent SNC update, we identified an error with processing automated emails between Saturday 25 January and Tuesday 4 February 2025. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused.
This issue has now been resolved and any alerts you've set up should work as normal.
For future reference, if you access your orders using SNC , you can view them by logging in to the SNC portal through MyApps (https://myapplications.microsoft.com/coop.co.uk).
